摘 要:通过对高性能、差别化、生物源纤维的原料研究,开发了羊毛与天丝、大豆蛋白复合纤维、竹、棉等混纺交织产品。系统阐述纱线支数、纺纱工艺条件、织物组织及规格,精心设计各道工序工艺参数和技术要点。产品试制结果证明:生产工艺能够满足产品品质要求,合理的混纺比可使产品手感滑糯,光泽明亮柔和,既有蚕丝般的光泽,又有羊绒般的手感,各种纤维的性能得以充分发挥和互补,大大提高了精纺毛织物的服用性能,提高了精纺呢绒面料的档次和附加值,多种差别化纤维及花式线应用于精纺毛织物的生产中是完全可行的,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。According to the study of high performance fiber, differential fiber and a new generation of biological materials, we developed different kinds of fiber blended products such as wool and milk fiber, wool and soybean fiber, bamboo cotton. The technological parameters, production process and key technology can meet the requirements of improving quality of the products. Because of the differentfeatures of each fiber, we systematically expounded the fabrics' structure and standard, and selected our technological parameters, process and key technology carefully. The result of preproduction proved all kinds of fiber's features have been taken fully advantages, rational proportion of mixed textiles made theseproducts feel smooth and the colors were bright and gentle. It improved the worsted fabrics' features grade and having values greatly. It was completely feasible to put the differential fibers and fancy yarn into the worsted fabrics. So we believed the products would bring significant economic and social benefits.
