摘　　要：介绍了FB260型毛精梳机的主要工艺参数及机械结构,对主要结构的工作原理、特点、调节方式,机电气一体化结合形式及安全性做了详细阐述。通过用户生产实践,分析纤维条的毛粒和草屑及条干重不匀。结果表明,该机型毛精梳机性能优异,车速高、产量高、噪音低,可降低生产成本,增加经济效益,能耗低,操作方便,工艺调节灵活,维护费用低,能适纺多品种纤维,精梳条质量高。This article introduces the main process parameters, the mechanical structure and the associated process test case of model FB260 wool combing. It describes the working principle,characteristics, mediation ways ,mechanical and electrical integration with gas and security for the main structure. Through thetwo users machinery and production test, it analyies the fiber of neps, grass faults and weight eveness, the results show excellent performance, high speed, high output, lower noise, lower production cost, increasing economic benefits, lower energy consumption, convenient operation, process adjustment flexible, lower maintenance cost. It is suitable for varieties fiber, has high quanlity of combing wool top.
