用户对图书馆资源发现系统功能的期望——基于广州大学城高校图书馆学生用户的调研

摘　　要：以广州大学城8所高校图书馆的学生用户为调查对象,通过问卷调查,了解用户对资源发现系统各项功能的价值感知。调查总结出用户认为最有用的十大功能,发现研究生比本科生更加注重系统中资源揭示方面的功能。最后,着眼于图书馆部署资源发现系统的现实需求和高校图书馆的现状,结合调查结果,为图书馆引进资源发现系统提供参考性意见。This paper selects students of eight universities in Guangzhou University City as respondents by questionnaire to evaluate the merit of each different functions of the resources discovery product in libraries. The result of the research shows top ten most important and useful functions. Additionally, this study also finds that compared with undergraduate students, graduate students emphasize more on the functions related to resources disclosure. Finally, based on the current situation of the academic libraries, the paper puts forward suggestions for those universities who want to introduce discovery system in the foreseeable future.
