玉屏风颗粒对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿体液免疫功能调节的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿体液免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法选取我院MPP患儿68例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组35例给予阿奇霉素加玉屏风颗粒治疗,对照组33例给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗3周,观察疗效。治疗前后分别检测患儿免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4的含量。选择同龄健康体检儿童30例作为健康组。结果治疗前对照组和观察组与健康组比较,IgA、补体C3、C4水平降低,IgM水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后对照组IgA、IgG升高,IgM降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),补体C3、C4水平升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组IgA、C3水平升高,IgM水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgG、C4水平升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组IgA、C3水平高于对照组,IgG低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组咳嗽消失时间及肺外并发症发生率少于对照组,痊愈率高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎支原体感染可导致患儿体液免疫功能异常。玉屏风颗粒辅助用药治疗可改善、提高患儿体液免疫功能,对促进病情恢复、减少并发症发生、提高治愈率、预防复发有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the influence of Yupingfeng Particles on Humoral immunity in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its clinical significance.Methods 68 cases of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The observation group（35 cases） were received Azithromycin combined with Yupingfeng Particles treatment.The control group（33 cases） were only received Azithromycin treatment.All patients were observed for 3 weeks.The content of IgA,IgG,IgM and C3,C4 were detected before and after treatment respectively.30 cases of normal children were selected as the healthy group.Results Compared with the healthy group,before treatment the levels of IgA,C3,C4 in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）,the level of IgM was significantly higher（P 〈 0.05）,but the level of IgG among the three groups had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.After treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG in the control group was significantly higher those that of before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,the level of IgM was significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）,the levels of C3 and C4 were higher,but the differences were not significant（P 〉 0.05）.After treatment,the levels of IgA and C3 in the observation group was significantly higher than those of before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,the level of IgM was significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）,but there was no significant difference of the IgG and C4 levels between after and before treatment（P 〉 0.05）.After the treatment,the level of IgA and C3 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the level of IgG of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,but the levels of IgM and C4 had no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the treatment time was shorter of the observation group,and there were lower complication rat
