摘  要:目的探讨谷氨酰胺(Gln)对烫伤大鼠肠黏膜结构和细胞凋亡的影响。方法选择健康Wistar大鼠50只随机分为肠内营养组(EN组,20只)、肠内营养加谷氨酰胺补给组(EN+Gln组,20只)和假烫伤组(10只),制备总烧伤面积(TBSA)为25%的Ⅲ度烫伤动物模型,伤后早期分别给予肠内营养制剂能全力和能全力加Gln,于24、72 h观察肠黏膜结构,并检测细胞凋亡和血浆二胺氧化酶活性变化。结果大鼠在严重烫伤后肠黏膜受损,细胞凋亡较假烫伤组增多(P<0.05);与EN组比较,EN+GLn组可使细胞凋亡下调,明显减轻肠黏膜的损伤(P<0.05)。结论 Gln能抑制烫伤大鼠肠黏膜细胞凋亡,保护肠黏膜结构。Objective To investigate the influence of glutamine on structure and apoptosis of intestinal mucosa in scalded rats.Methods 50 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into enteral nutrition(EN) group(n = 20),enteral nutrition combined with glutamine(EN+Gln) group(n = 20) and pseudoscalded(PS) group(n = 10).Scalded model of Ⅲ degree scald injury(25% total body surface area) was established in the EN and EN+Gln groups,after injury the two groups were treated with the corresponding methods.The structure of intestinal mucosa was observed after 24 h and 72 h of scald and the chang of DAO activity and apoptosis were detected.Results After scalded the intestinal mucosa of rats were damaged.The apoptosis rates of EN group and EN+Gln group were higher than that of PS group(P 〈 0.05).Compared with EN group,EN + Gln group could downregulate the apoptosis,reduce the injury of intestinal mucosa significantly(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Gln can inhibit the intestinal mucosa apoptosis of scalded rats and protect the intestinal mucosa structure
