我院2008～2010年心脑血管中药注射剂应用分析

摘　　要：目的对我院2008~2010年心脑血管中药注射剂使用情况进行用药分析与评价,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2008~2010年中药注射剂用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDC）进行统计分析。结果 2008~2010年心脑血管中药注射剂用药金额逐年增加,增长率为13.29%和19.56%,分别占全年药品总用药金额的6.37%、5.79%和6.04%,其中,培斯汀粉针DDDs 3年均稳居首位。结论心脑血管中药注射剂在临床应用中应严格辨证施治,增强其疗效。Objective To analyze and evaluate the use condition of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection（CTCMI） in our hospital,in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods The application of CTCMI in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Results The consumption sum of CTCMI increased year by year with annual incremental rates of 13.29% and 19.56%,and occupied 6.37%,5.79% and 6.04% among the total consumption sum of drug use from 2008 to 2010 respectively.The DDDs of Pei Siting Powder Injection steadily ranked the first place in the three years.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation treatment should be emphasized in the application of CTCMI in clinic,in order to enhance the curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions
