摘　　要：目的探讨早期心理干预对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法收集2008年1月～2010年6月在我院住院治疗的女性乳腺癌患者120例,随机将其分为常规护理组与心理干预组,各60例。常规护理组采用常规护理,心理干预组在常规护理组的基础上采用心理干预,比较两组干预前后癌症康复评价简表(CABES-SF)与总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分。结果干预前常规护理组与心理干预组患者CABES-SF总分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后心理干预组CABES-SF总分较干预前降低,且低于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。常规护理组干预前后GWB评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),心理干预组心理干预后GWB评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期进行心理干预能改善乳腺癌患者预后生活质量与幸福感。Objective To investigate the influence of early psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer.Methods 120 cases women with breast cancer were collected from January 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into the routine care group and psychological intervention group,with each of 60 cases,the routine care group was given the conventional care,psychological intervention group was given the psychological intervention on the basis of conventional care group.Scores of the cancer rehabilitation evaluation summary table（CABES-SF） and the general well-being scale（GWB） of two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results the differences of CABES-SF total score of patients before the intervention,the psychological intervention group and routine care group were not statistically significant（all P 〉 0.05）.CABES-SF total score of psychological intervention group after intervention were lower than before and less than that of routine care group,which had statistically significant difference（all P 〈 0.05）.The differences of GWB score in routine care group before and after intervention were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）,GWB score in psychological intervention group after intervention increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The early psychological intervention can improve quality of life and the well-being of patients with breast cancer
