我院肿瘤住院患者医嘱用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院肿瘤住院患者用药情况,提高临床合理用药水平。方法:采用回顾性调查方式,收集我院2010年3月-2011年3月146例肿瘤住院患者的电子医嘱6132条,分析其中存在的不合理用药情况。结果:在6132条患者医嘱中,有153条问题医嘱,占总医嘱的2.50%,其不合理用药主要表现在给药剂量、药物相互作用及注射剂配伍禁忌几个方面。结论:我院肿瘤住院患者在医嘱用药方面总体上是合理的,但个别用药方案有待改进。OBJECTIVE：To explore irrational drug use of cancer inpatients in our hospital and improve the level of rational drug use.METHODS：By retrospective survey,6 132 electronic medical orders of 146 hospitalized cancer patients were collected from our hospital during Mar.2010-Mar.2011,and then irrational drug use was analyzed.RESULTS：Among 6 132 medical orders,153 medical orders were irrational,accounting for 2.50% of the total medical orders.Irrational drug use was showed in respect of dosage,drug interactions and incompatibility of injection,etc.CONCLUSION：Medical orders of cancer inpatients in our hospital is reasonable on the whole,but some regimens should be improved.
