酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂对门诊阻生齿拔除术患者术后的镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂对门诊行阻生齿拔除术患者术后的镇痛效果。方法:48例在门诊行阻生齿拔除术的患者随机分为酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂组与生理盐水对照组,各24例。在门诊局部麻醉下行阻生齿拔除术后,酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂组立即给予酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂1mg喷鼻,生理盐水对照组经鼻给予0.5mL生理盐水。记录患者术后疼痛产生的时间和视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)。结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂组患者术后疼痛产生时间明显延长,VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:酒石酸布托啡诺鼻喷剂可减轻门诊行阻生齿拔除术患者的术后疼痛。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the postoperative analgesia effect of Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray on patients with impacted tooth odontectomy in the outpatient department.METHODS：48 cases of impacted tooth odontectomy in outpatient department were randomly divided into Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray group and normal saline control group with 24 cases in each group.After the patients receiving impacted tooth odontectomy under local anaesthesia,Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray group were immediately given Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray 1 mg,while the patients in normal saline control group received intranasal administration of 0.5 mL normal saline.All patients were followed up and recorded the postoperative pain time and VAS score.RESULTS：Compared with normal saline control group,the patients in Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray group had longer postoperative pain time and lower VAS score（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Butorphanol tartrate nasal spray can reduce postoperative pain of patients after impacted tooth odontectomy in outpatient department.
