摘　　要：目的:探讨在老年高血压多药联合治疗中血浆蛋白结合率对药物疗效的影响及干预方案。方法:跟踪1例老年科高血压案例,查阅其病历资料及相关文献分析血浆蛋白结合率对药物相互作用的影响。结果:经临床药师干预后,患者的血压逐步从100/60mmHg上升到115/70mmHg,控制在了合理的范围内。结论:临床药师应加强对高血浆蛋白结合率影响药物相互作用的观察和研究,以促进抗高血压药的合理应用。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the influence of plasma protein binding rate on the drug efficacy of hypertension combination therapy and its intervention scheme.METHODS：The influence of plasma protein binding rate on drug interactions was analyzed by tracking a hypertension patient in geriatrics department,consulting medical records and related literature.RESULTS：By clinical pharmacist＇s intervention,the patient＇s blood pressure increased from 100/60 mmHg to 115/70 mmHg,controlled in reasonable scope.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists should strengthen observation and research of effect of high plasma protein binding rate on drug＇s interactions to promote the reasonable application of antihypertensive drug.
