摘　　要：最近新的靶向治疗药物依维莫司渐渐成为靶向药物的研究热点,其用于乳腺癌治疗的临床前和临床实验已开始涌现。本文对近期关于依维莫司在乳腺癌方面的临床及实验研究的情况作一总结与分析。Recently,the new targeted therapy drug of Everolimus is becoming a hot research topic of targeted drugs.It has begun to turn on that preclinical and clinical experiments using Everolimus in the treatment of breast cancer.In this paper,the authors will summary and analyze the recent results about Everolimus in experimental and clinical research in breast cancer.
