聚焦超声联合复方紫银消炎膏治疗外阴白色病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察聚焦超声联合复方紫银消炎膏治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。方法将我院118例外阴白色病变患者随机分为聚焦超声联合复方紫银消炎膏治疗组(A组)58例和聚焦超声治疗组(B组)60例,观察两组疗效。结果 A组总有效率98.28%,B组总有效率为86.67%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为1.72%,B组为6.67%,两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声联合复方紫银消炎膏治疗外阴白色病变效果优于单用聚焦超声治疗组。Objective To observe the curative effect of focused ultrasound combined with Compound Purple Silver Anti-inflammatory Cream in treatment of vulva white lesions.Methods 118 patients with vulva white lesions in our hospital were randomly divided into focused ultrasound combined with Compound Purple Silver Anti-inflammatory Cream treatment group（group A） which had 58 cases,and focused ultrasound treatment group（group B） which had 60 cases,the curative effect of two groups were observed.Results The total effectiveness rate of group A was 98.28%,while that of group B was 86.67%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of group A was 1.72%,while that of group B was 6.67%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of focused ultrasound combined with Compound Purple Silver Anti-inflammatory Cream in treatment of vulva white lesions is better than that of focused ultrasound treatment.
