曲美他嗪联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床效果。方法将100例DHF患者随机分为两组,各50例。治疗组给予曲美他嗪联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,对照组单用酒石酸美托洛尔。结果治疗后两组心脏彩超提示E峰、A峰、E/A等左心室舒张功能指标优于治疗前,且治疗组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者临床症状及NYHA心功能分级较治疗前均有所改善,血压均有所下降,但两组临床心功能改善的有效率及心率、血压下降程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗DHF临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effectiveness of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of diastolic heart failure（DHF）.Methods 100 patients with DHF were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol Tartrate,and the control group was treated with alone Metoprolol Tartrate.Results After treatment,the function index of left ventricular diastolic including E peak,A peak,E/A were better than their previous condition in the two groups which was determined by color Doppler echocardiography.And every index above-mentioned in the treatment group were better than that in the control group（P 0.05）.After treatment,clinical symptoms and NYHA class were improved compared with before treatment,blood pressure had declined,but the improvement in efficiency and heart rate,blood pressure level had no statistically significant difference in the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Efficiency of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol Tartrate for DHF is verified explicitly,which is worthy of promotion.
