摘  要:目的探讨电针与小剂量锌合用对帕金森病模型大鼠体内抗氧化酶系统的调节作用。方法选取SD大白鼠100只,将6-羟基多巴胺注入中脑右侧黑质制备单侧黑质损毁的PD大鼠模型,将模型大鼠随机分成模型组、0 Hz组和120 Hz电针组、120 Hz+锌组和锌组,另有假手术对照组,共6组,治疗或观察6个星期,观察治疗前后PD模型大鼠行为学变化、黑质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果与模型组比较,120Hz+锌组大鼠损毁侧SOD、NO含量明显增加,MDA含量明显减少(P<0.01);在行为学方面,120 Hz+锌组大鼠的运动平衡能力比模型组明显增强(尤其是前4周,P<0.01);其黑质TH阳性神经元形态学方面也有明显改善。结论电针与小剂量锌合用对帕金森病大鼠体内抗氧化酶系统具有协同调整作用,并可明显改善行为学和黑质细胞形态。Objective To investigate regulative action of electroacupuncture(EA) combined with small doses of Zinc on anti-oxidant enzyme system in the mesencephalic substantia nigra(MSN) of rats with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods 100 SD rats were selected,a model of PD with one side MSN damaged was induced in rats by injecting 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA) into the MSN of right side rats.The model rat will be randomly divided into a model group which received no EA,the electroacupuncture group,0 Hz group with only insertingtheneedle and not energization,and 120 Hz group treated by the electroacupuncture,120 Hz+Zinc group and Zinc group,with a Sham-operation group set up.A total of 6 groups were treated or observed for 6 weeks.During the treatment,the changes of behavior were investigated.After 6 weeks,malondialdehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in the MSN were detected.Results In 120 Hz+Zinc group,NO contents and SOD activity in the MSN were significantly higher,and MDA contents were significantly decreased(P 0.01),and in aspect of behavior the balance ability of movement in rats significantly enhanced(especially the first 4 weeks,P 0.01),and the form of MSN cell had significant improvement compared with MFB group.Conclusion Electroacupuncture(EA) combined with small doses of Zinc may have regulative action synergistically on anti-oxidant enzyme system in the Parkinson's disease rats,which make behavior and the form of MSN cell have significant improvement.
