不同溶剂对煤抽提率的探索

摘  要:以煤为原料用萃取的方法生产可纺煤沥青是一种全新的工艺。反应过程中物理和化学反应同时发生,溶剂分子在适当的反应条件下获得了巨大的能量,再加上本身固有的强大的溶解能力,就把煤中游离的直链烃和稠环芳烃及环烷烃首先溶解出来,然后再把与煤的碳组织结构得不牢固的更大稠环芳烃与碳组织之间的键打断,使其脱落溶解到溶剂中形成混合溶液,再经脱溶剂后就获得中间产品毛沥青。选取适合的溶剂以及最佳反应条件来提高煤的抽提率具有重要的意义。The method of production with coal as raw material extraction spinning coal asphalt is a new process. Physical and chemical reactions occur simultaneously during the reaction, the solvent molecules in the appropriate reaction conditions, a huge amount of energy, coupled with the inherent strong ability to dissolve, put coal free of straight chain hydrocarbons and polycyclie aromatic hydrocarbons and environmental after alkane dissolved out first of all, and then the organizational structure of carbon and coal is not firmly larger polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and carbon organizations to interrupt, to fall off dissolved into a solvent to form a mixed solution, and then by desolvation intermediate products hair asphalt. Select a suitable solvent and the op- timum reaction conditions to improve the rate of extraction of coal is of great significance.
