澳门经济“适度多元化”与大珠三角经济一体化研究  

The "Appropriate Diversity" of Macao's Economy Should Be Built in Great Pearl River Delta

摘　　要：早在上世纪90年代中期,澳门便提出经济应"适度多元化"的思路,但至今仍未得到有效的推进。本文认为,澳门的经济"适度多元化"应建立在大珠三角经济一体化的基础上,以"区域锲入"和"产业融合"为基本定向,科学地推进彰显型、共建型和平台型三个不同层面产业的建设。The economic model of ＂appropriate diversity＂ has been proposed in the mid-90s in Macao, but so far, it has not been implemented effectively, because of the crowding-out effect from the largest market share of gaming industry, and the over-general positioning of ＂appropriate＂, especially lacking of regional cooperation plan. This paper points out that, on the basis of economic integration of Great Pearl River Delta, the policy, ＂appropriate diversity＂, should be instructed by ＂region insertion＂ and ＂industry convergence＂, and defines the concept of conspicuous industries, co-construction industries and platform-based Industries, thus carrying out constructive work accordingly. Starting from the basic requirement that harmonizing Macao into the Great Pearl River Delta region, some corresponding policies have been proposed, such as formulating Macao＇s economy comprehensively, making scientific plans on its gaming industry, and promoting the economic integration stride in the Great Pearl River Delta region.
