摘　　要："社会发展质量"是社会发展过程中,人的发展状况以及各项社会事业与社会制度等的优劣程度,它本质上是对社会发展的一种评价,也是社会发展的一种愿景引导。区域社会发展质量应综合区域发展与社会发展质量的内涵,区域是发展的地域载体,区域发展既要合乎生态规律和社会要求以实现可持续发展,又要合乎社会伦理道德以实现人本发展的最终目标。区域社会发展质量以促进人的全面发展为指南,其评价应建立在对在经济发展阶段的合理判断的基础之上,社会资本的培育、社会事业发展的可持续性、区域间发展的均衡性等是其重要涵义。Social development quality shows a quality level of people＇ s development, social undertakings and social system. In fact, it is an evaluation of social development. And it is also a kind of vision of social development. Regional social development quality should be integrated with regional development and social development quality. Regional development should support the ecological law and social requirements to achieve sustainable develop- ment, which also agrees with social ethics in order to achieve the ultimate goal of people＇ s development. Regional social development quality aims to support social development, and promotes people＇ s comprehensive development, which is based on an evaluation of the level of economic development. The connotation includes social capital, the sustainable development of social undertakings and the balance of regional development.
