摘  要:[目的]建立吡虫啉·多菌灵.烯肟菌胺悬浮种衣剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]以甲醇-水-氨水为流动相,使用ODS-C18反相柱,在270 nm的检测波长下,对样品进行分析。[结果]吡虫啉、多菌灵和烯肟菌胺的标准偏差分别为0.04、0.07、0.03,变异系数分别为0.27%、0.70%、0.73%,平均回收率分别为99.56%、99.43%、99.79%,线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999、0.9999。[结论]该方法操作简便快速,准确度和精密度高,线性关系好,是吡虫啉.多菌灵.烯肟菌胺悬浮种衣剂合适的分析方法。[Aims] The high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of imidacloprid" carbendazim" fenaminstrobin flowable concentrates for seed coating (FSC) was established. [Methods] The sample was analyzed with C18 column at 270 nm, and methanol, water, and NH3" H2O were used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed that the standard deviations were 0.04, 0.07, and 0.03, the coefficients of variation were 0.27, 0.70, and 0.73%, the recovery ratios were 99.56, 99.43, and 99.79%, the linear correlations coefficients were 0.9998, 0.9999, and 0.9999. [Conclusions] The described method was a suitable analysis method with fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
