牛心朴子总生物碱与化学农药复配剂对小菜蛾的联合毒力作用

摘　　要：[目的]研究牛心朴子生物碱对2种化学农药阿维菌素和辛硫磷的增效作用。[方法]采用Bliss法进行最佳比例筛选,并通过Sun法对复配剂的联合毒力作用进行评价。[结果]复配后实际死亡率都大于理论死亡率,牛心朴子生物碱∶阿维菌素为2∶3时共毒系数为275.68,牛心朴子生物碱∶辛硫磷为1∶1时共毒系数为293.37。[结论]牛心朴子生物碱与2种化学农药之间有一定的增效作用。[Aims] The co-toxicities of mixtures of Cynanchum komarovii total alkaloid with abamectin and phoxim respectively were researched. [Mothods] The best proportions were screened by Bliss method. The co-effect were tested by Sun method. [Results] The results showed that the actual mortality rates of two mixtures were higher than the theoretical mortalities. The optimal ratio of C. komarovii total alkaloid and abamectin was 2 ： 3, and the co-toxicity coefficient （CTC） was 275.68. And the CTC was 293.37 when C. komarovii total alkaloid mixed with phoxim in the proportion of 1 ： 1. [Conclusions] The total alkaloid from C. komarovii was combined with abamectin and phoxim at a reasonable ratio, which was effective on improving insecticidal activity.
