摘　　要：随着全球体系的变革与中国的不懈努力,中国在逐步成为一个负责任的大国。随着外交实践的不断扩展,中国逐步积累了丰富的外交经验的同时,也促使中国在理论界不断发展并进行理论创新,用于指导中国不断变化中的外交实践,为之提供解释性和前瞻性的知识和智慧指导。非洲作为发展中国家最多的大陆,拥有和中国同样的巨大而持久的发展需求。中非交往和合作历史悠久,进入新世纪以来,中非关系发展迅速,建立了新型战略伙伴关系。中非外交实践的逐渐成熟和所取得的成就以及巨大的发展潜力和发展空间,为中国大国责任的拓展提供了广阔的国际舞台,为中国负责任大国理念的发展提供了理论素材。非洲研究正逐渐成为中国学术拓展的新领域,成为理论创新的新天地。Along with the enhancement of comprehensive national strength, China is shouldering more and more local and global responsibility and is becoming a big country of great responsibility. With the progress in diplomatic practices, China has accumu- lated rich experiences considering foreign affairs from which new theories have been developed. In turn, tbese theories bare been put into further practices. Africa, a continent of developing countries, has the same demand for development as China＇s. Now, a great tie of cooperation between China and Africa has been well established. The maturity of Sino - African diplomatic practices paves the way for China, a big country, to give a full play of its roles and responsibilities. This situation also provides theoretical sources for the establishment of the ideas of China as a responsible big country. African studies are now becoming a new area of academic and theoretical explorations.
