摘　　要：解决刑事案件财产执行困难的关键点在于能够有效查明并控制犯罪嫌疑人的财产,而查明犯罪嫌疑人财产状况的责任,就应设置刑事财产申报制度。该制度的主要内容包括:适用范围、申报期间、申报形式、申报范围以及法律后果。It is crucial for solving the difficulties in the execution of a criminal case of property to effectively identify and control the property of the criminal suspect. Moreover, the criminal property declaration system should be set up to identify the criminal suspect property duty status. Besides, the main content of the system includes applicable scope, the time requirement of the de- claration, declaration form, declaration scope and legal consequences.
