摘　　要：为提高火电厂仪表和控制设计质量和效率，提出一种通用性强的规范标准设计模块──“黑匣子”，介绍在实 际工程设计、运用中的经验，提出多范围模块化设计思路，以期采用优质品牌和高水平的设计，提高我国仪表和控制设计在国际市场中的竞争能力。In order to improve the design quality and efficiency of instrumentation and control(I&C)of thermal power plant, this paper puts forward a high universality, specification-standardized design module──'black box', introduces its ex periences in design and application of actual project, and the train of thought of improving multirange modular design, in and attempt to adopt high quality brand name and high level design , so as to raise the competitive capacity of China's I & Cdesign in the international market.
