摘　　要：目的探讨经咽鼓管鼓室内短期留置导管并注药辅助治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法在鼻内窥镜引导下经咽鼓管向鼓室内置入硬膜外麻醉导管,留置10天,期间每隔1天注入地塞米松,同时应用常规治疗方法。治疗后随访观察6~12个月。结果共治疗276耳,治愈115耳（41.7%）,显效94耳（34%）,有效46（16.7%）,无效21（7.6%）。有效率达92.4%。结论鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管鼓室内置管并注药辅助治疗突发性耳聋,效果明显可靠,操作简单方便,无明显并发症。Objective To assess the outcomes of short-term drug infusion via a tympanic retention catheter placed through the eustachian tube in treating sudden deafness. Methods A catheter was inserted into the tympanum through the eusthchian tube under nasal endoscopic visualization. The Catheter was left in place for 10 days and dexamethasone injected every other day at the same time.,In addition to routine treatments. Patients were followed up for 6-12 months. Results Of the 276 ears treated, complete recovery was achieved in 115, significant improvement in 94, moderate improvement in 46 and no improvement in the remaining 21. Conclusion This technique is simple and easy, with little complications, and seems to be a good adjunctive measure in treating sudden deafniss.
