摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下清理术治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 50例膝关节骨性关节炎患者行关节镜下关节腔灌洗、滑膜部分切除、游离体摘除、半月板修整或部分切除等方法治疗,观察临床效果。结果 50例患者均获随访,随访时间平均为20个月(6～36个月),其中42例患者临床症状明显好转,优良率达84%。结论关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效满意,但需要掌握好其临床适应证。Objective To explore the clinical effects in senile knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopic debridement. Methods All the 50 patients with osteoarthritis were treated by joint cavity irrigation, synovectomy, loose bodies removal, the repairing and partial resection of meniscus, etc, under arthroseopy. Then the clinical effects were observed. Results A follow-up visit to the patients for 20 months in average （6 ~ 36 months） was performed. Among them, the clinical symptoms for 42 patients become better and the excellent and good rate was 84%. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement is quite effective on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. But it needs to grasp the clinical adaptable indications.
