摘 要:目的:研究复方金钱草颗粒体内外抗菌作用及其急性毒性。方法:采用平皿2倍稀释法测定复方金钱草颗粒对临床常见的革兰氏阳性及革兰氏阴性菌的体外抗菌作用,选择金黄色葡萄球菌进行小鼠体内细菌感染的保护实验,观察复方金钱草颗粒的抗菌作用。并测定复方金钱草颗粒体小鼠灌服给药的急性毒性。结果:复方金钱草颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌作用较强,最低抑菌浓度为4.5%,绿脓杆菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抗菌作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为18.0%和9.0%;对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠具有明显的保护作用;小鼠灌服复方金钱草颗粒的急性毒性实验未观察到明显毒性反应,最大耐受量为157.5 g/kg。结论:复方金钱草颗粒在体外对具有代表性的G+菌、G-菌都有显著的抗菌作用,且大剂量服用比较安全。Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activities in vitro and vivo,and the acute toxicity of complex herba lysmachiae gramules.Methods:Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of complex herba lysmachiae gramules was determined using two-fold broth dilution method against the strains of common G^+ and G^-bacteria.The protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus was also tested,and the acute toxicity effect of complex herba lysmachiae gramules was detected.Results :For staphylococcus aureus,proteusbacillus vulgaris,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,complex herba lysmachiae gramules exhibited the strongest inhibitory effects,the MIC was 4.5%,4.5%,18.0%,and 9.5%,respectively.In vivo,the test indicated that complex herba lysmachiae gramules had protective effects on mice infected by taphylococcus aureus,obvious toxic reaction was not observed and the maximum tolerant dose was 157.5g/kg for mice in acute toxicity experiment..Conclusion:Complex herba lysmachiae gramules has strong inhibitory effects against common G^+ and G^-bacteria.
