摘  要:目的研究丙烯酰胺(AA)急性染毒对雄性小鼠生殖细胞微管蛋白的影响。方法 36只健康雄性小鼠,随机分为阴性对照组,15、25和50 mg/kg剂量组,每组9只,腹腔注射连续染毒6 d,间接免疫荧光技术测睾丸细胞微管蛋白的表达量。结果不同剂量AA染毒后小鼠体重增加,睾丸与体重的比值差异无统计学意义(F=0.878,P=0.466)。生殖细胞微管蛋白与对照组相比,15 mg/kg组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),25 mg/kg组和50 mg/kg组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,AA染毒对小鼠生殖细胞微管蛋白产生毒性影响,且存在剂量效应关系。Objective To study the toxic effect of acute acrylamide exposure on the microtubulin of germ cells in male mice.Methods Thirty-six healthy male mice were randomly divided into four groups,including negative control,15 mg/kg,25 mg/kg and 45 mg/kg treatment groups.Each group contains nine mice.Acrylamide was administrabyed intraperitoneally(ip) to the mice of treatment groups for 6 successive days.The microtubulin content of germ cells were detected using indirect immunofluorescence technique.Results The body weight increased in treatment groups.The ratio of testis and weight was no significant difference(F=0.878,P=0.466).Compared with the control group,there were significant difference of the microtubulin of germ cells in the 25 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg group(P〈0.05),but there was no difference in 15 mg/kg group(P〉0.05).Conclusion Acrylamide exposure can induce toxic effect on the microtubulin of germ cells in male mice,and shows a dose-dependent relationship.
