摘  要:背景脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derivedneurotrophicfactor,BDNF)是神经营养因子家族最具代表性的成员之一。最近研究表明BDNF亦在心血管系统表达,且与急性心肌梗死(acutemyocardialinfarction,AMI)后心肌重塑密切相关。目的分析总结BDNF与AMI后心肌重塑相关性的文献资料。内容从基因多态性、血管新生、心肌细胞凋亡、炎症反应,就BDNF与AMI后心肌重塑相关性加以描述。趋向AMI后心肌重塑BDNF在心肌表达明显上调。BDNF以其独特的生物学功能,有望为心肌重塑开辟新的治疗途径。Background The brain-derived neurotrophic factor is one of the most representative neurotrophic factors. Recent studies showed that brain-derived neurotrophie factor (BDNF) is also expressed in cardiovascular system and is closely related to myocardial remodeling following acute myocardial infarction. Objective This paper summed up literatures on the correlation between BDNF and myocardial remodeling following acute myocardial infarction. Content The relevance of BDNF and myocardial remodeling following acute myocardial infarction, in ways of genetic polymorphism, angiogenesis, apoptotic cardiomyocytes and inflammatory response were discussed. Trend The expression of BDNF in the myocardium significantly increases during myocardial remodeling following acute myocardial infarction. BDNF, due to its unique biological function, is expected to open up a new therapeutic apprQach for myocardial remodeling.
