后路手术治疗脊柱侧弯的护理

摘　　要：目的:后路矫形脊柱侧弯的系统护理方法。方法:对268例脊柱侧弯患者在住院期间实施系统化护理。结果:268例患者经过精心护理,康复指导。无任何并发症,顺利出院。家属、患者达到满意效果。结论:对采用后路手术治疗脊柱侧弯的患者,术前应加强沟通树立信心,积极完善术前准备,训练呼吸功能及四肢功能锻炼。术后严密监测生命体征,保持呼吸道通畅,控制疼痛,预防肺部感染,观察双下肢的动度及感觉情况,做好引流管及皮肤护理,加强健康宣教及出院指导是手术成功的关键。Objective： To clarify the systemic nursing methods of posterior scoliosis correction. Methods： Two hundred and sixty-eight patients underwent operation of posterior scoliosis correction were nursed using systemic method. And then,the curative effect was assessed. Results： Through effective systemic nursing measures and rehabilitative directions,no complication was observated. All of the patients and their familialities fek satisfactory.Conclusion： Enhance confidence by active communication, complete preoperotive preparation consummately,and train respiratory and limbs function before operation is a fundamental point of successful surgery.Monitoring vital sign, keep breathe a lucid, control the pain, prevent pulmonary infection, observe the motor and sensory function of lower limbs, clean the skin around drainage tube and enhance health educating after operation plays an important role in rehabilitation too.
