摘　　要：目的探讨肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的手术治疗方法。方法 25例肾盂输尿管连接部全部采用开放性手术即连续性倒瓣肾盂成形术和离断性肾盂成形术。结果离断性肾盂成形术效果比连续性肾盂成形术效果好。结论肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻首选手术方法是离断性肾盂成形术。To study the surgical procedures for obstruction at ureteropelvic junction. Methods 25 cases of obstruction at ureteroplvic junction were treated with open surgery. Continuous pyeloplasty and Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty. Results Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty is more effective than continuous pyeloplasty. Conclusion Anderson Hynes pyeloplasty is considered an ideal operative procedure for the treatment of obstruction at ureteropelvic junction.
