摘 要:阐明了有源功率因数校正技术(PFC)对改善电能质量的重要意义。分析了三相电容输入降压式准谐振PFC的工作原理。运用单相时变简化模型推导了电路各参量间的关系,获得并绘制了实用电路设计特性曲线,为PFC的设计提供了理论依据。仿真结果表明,准谐振PFC实现了零电流切换,且动态特性好,负载范围宽,解决了PFC装置化存在的问题。准谐振PFC的功率传输品质因数在0.98 以上,电流总谐波畸变率小于5% 。New single-sw itch three-phase buck quasi-resonantpow er factorcorrection (PFC) containing capacitive-type input is proposed. Using a single active sw itch w ith zero current sw itching and the diode bridge rectifier w ith zero voltage conductance, the converter is capable of draw ing a high-quality input current waveform with nearly unity pow er factor. Thus, a sim ple three-phase high pow er factorrectifier is obtained. By using the sim plified tim e-varying m odel, the relations ofvoltage and currentofPFCcircuit are deduced, and their characteristic curves thatare guides to PFCdesign are plotted. Sim ulation results show that the schem es of PFC are right, the sim plified m odels are reasonable and the soft-sw itching techniques are effective. The pow er transfer quality factor ofPFCis above 0.98 and the totalharm onicdistortion ofthe line currentis less than 5% .
