摘　　要：针对平煤集团发电厂引进的俄罗斯产 2 3 0t/h锅炉保温及密封中存在的环境标准不同、材料购买困难和施工难度大等问题进行了分析与研究 ,更改了俄方的设计 ,选用国产保温密封材料和相应施工方案 ,节省了投资 ,加快了施工进度。运行结果表明 ,改进后锅炉保温及密封性能良好。Insulation and sealing of a Russia 230 t/h boiler installed in the power plant of Pingmei Group were found with many problems,such as the use of different ambient standards,difficulty in material purchase and uneasy operation in construction.To solve these problems,the design of boiler insulation and sealing was changed and domestic materials and construction scheme were adopted.
