摘 要:目的通过对32例颅脑损伤病人进行依达拉奉治疗,观察其对颅脑损伤后脑创伤半暗带体积变化,探讨依达拉奉对伤后创伤半暗带的影响。方法对64例颅脑损伤患者随机分为对照组、依达拉奉治疗组,在伤后24小时、14天分别进行MRI检查,测定创伤半暗带的体积。结果脑损伤后14天半暗带体积较伤后24小时明显增大,结果依达拉奉治疗后半暗区明显缩小。结论脑损伤早期应用依达拉奉可以减小伤后缺血半暗带的体积,可以减轻脑损伤后组织的继发性损害,保护神经细胞功能。Objective Pass to determine the volume changeses of traumatic penumbra zone of 32 cases after craniocerebral injury were treated by edaravone in order to observe the effects of edaravone on volumes of traumatic penumbra zone after craniocerebral injury. Methods The 64 cases after craniocerebral injury were divided into de threapy of edaravone control and the no threapy of edaravone control at random to determine the volume changes of traumatic penumbra zone after craniocerebral injury at 24 hour's and 14 days by MRI. Results The volumes of traumatic penumbra zone after craniocerebral injury at 14 days increased markedly than after craniocerebral injury at 24 hour'sThe volume of traumatic penumbra zone after craniocerebral injury in the theapy of edaravone control decreased markedly than the no therapy of edaravone control. Conclusion These deta suggest that the decreasing of the volume of traumatic penumbra zone were trested by edaravone in the earlier period after craniocerebral injury, edaravone may be some important reason decreasing death of neuron after craniocerebral injury, and edaravone can protect the neuron.
