异维A酸红霉素凝胶在寻常性中重度痤疮治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨异维A酸红霉素凝胶应用于寻常性中、重度痤疮治疗的效果。方法选择2010年9月～2011年9月就诊的73例寻常性中、重度痤疮患者,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用维胺脂维E乳膏外用治疗,观察组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶外用治疗,治疗2个月后比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况,并对临床效果进行综合评价。结果观察组总有效率为83.78%,对照组总有效率为63.89%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6例出现不良反应,对照组8例出现不良反应。两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异维A酸红霉素凝胶外用治疗寻常性中、重度痤疮,疗效较好,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in the treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris. Methods 73 patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from Sept.2010 to sept. 2011 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Viaminate and Vitamin E Cream for topical treatment.The observation group was given Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel for topical treatment.The efficacy and adverse reactions for the two groups were compared after the treatment for 2 months. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted for the effect for Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Results After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group were 83.78% and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.89%. The difference was significant,difference （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of the adverse reactions of the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel is effective in treating moderate and severe acne vulgaris, which is worthy of clinical application.
