摘　　要：为解决政务信息资源数据安全问题,提出并实现了一种基于角色访问控制技术(RBAC)的授权管理系统设计方法,在给出该系统总体设计架构基础之上,详细阐述了认证管理、授权管理、责任认定等系统功能,并以代码形式和流程图方式分别对该系统的权限分配以及单点登录技术进行了说明。该系统已在多个政务部门得到良好应用。In order to resolve the problem of data security on government information, a design method of authorization management system based on R.BAC is presented, and its system functions such as certificate management, authorization management and confirmation of respomibility are represented completely after giving the general design construction of system. And the distribution of system competences and single sign-on technology are described in code form and flowchart form respectively. The system has been well applied in a number of government departments.
