摘　　要：目的：探讨健康教育对门诊换药效果的影响。方法：根据病人的年龄、病情、职业、文化程度的不同，进行针对性健康教育。结果：健康教育缩短了护患之间的距离，加强了护患感情，提高了病人的保健意识，有效提高了换药效果。结论：健康教育在门诊换药病人中具有重要的作用。Objective To explore the effects of health educationon dressing change in outpatients. Methods The health education was carried on according to the difference of patient＇s age,condition,occupation and level of education.Results The results showed that health education might shorten the distance between thenurses and patients, strengthen the feelings of nurses and patients, improve the patient＇s health awareness, effectively enhancethe effect of the dressing Change.Conclusion Health education is very important in dressing change of outpatient.
