摘　　要：目的:通过应用不保留式留置针,观察其对宫颈癌患者化疗时血管的保护作用。方法:选取宫颈癌初次化疗患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组各30例。结果:实验组患者静脉炎发生率和液体外渗情况均低于对照组。结论:不保留式留置针可以对化疗中得血管起到很好的保护作用,应在临床上推广使用。Whether the non-reserved catheter could protect vascular of cervical cancer patients on chemotherapy was a problem in nursing.This study chose cervical cancer patients 60 cases,who were with chemotherapy in the first time.Patients were randomly separated into test group（30 cases with the non-reserved catheter） and control group（30 cases with traditional catheter）.The results were analyzed in the ratio of these two groups.The outcome showed that the rate of chemical phlebitis and medicine leakage in test group patients was lower than in the control group.The non-reserved catheter,which protected patients＇ vascular on chemotherapy,should be promoted in the clinical.
