摘　　要：本文介绍了多参数、多激光具有快速分析、分选攻能的先进的流式细胞仪FACSVantage SE的主要组成、功能和特点、重要附件,并且介绍了流式细胞仪的在医学领域里的重要应用。This paper introduces the compositions、 characteristics、 applications、 runction and main accessory of FACSVantage SE Flow Cytomeler . The instrument has tree lasers and can measure eight parameters. This paper also introduces some important applications of the instrument in medicine.
