异种金属复合材料电力金具及其电气性能

摘　　要：介绍了几种用铜、铝复合材料制成的电力金具的结构、生产工艺 ,有爆焊铜铝过渡板、嵌焊铜环式铜铝设备线夹等产品。对其电气性能进行了测试 ,结果表明 ,这些产品节省铜材、工艺简便、电气性能符合国际标准。This paper presents the structures and manufacturing procedures of fittings manufactured with compound material of copper and aluminum,such as explosion bonded copper to aluminum adapter bar,copper-aluminum terminal clamp with embedding and solding a copper ring. Their electrical performance are tested,and the test results indicate that these new products may be widely used,saving on copper,and having sijmple and convenient manufacturing procedures,and their electrical performances corresponding to the national standards.
