髂耻两处髋骨截骨术的临床应用(附44例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告对42例脊髓灰质炎后遗髋部畸形,1例成人先天性髋关节半脱位和1例儿童脑瘫并髋关节半脱位的患者,采用了Sutherland's髂耻两处髋骨截骨术治疗,并做了一些改进,成为三种术式。平均随访23.82个月,全部获得骨性连结,髋关节稳定有力,不同程度地延长了肢体,疗效满意。并对有关问题进行了讨论。Three types of modification of Sutherland's operation wer performed on 44 patients. Among them, 42 cases were sequalae of poliomyelitis, 1 case was congenital suhluxation of the hip joint and 1 case was cerebral palsy with hip joint subluxation. The follow-up period was 23.82 months in average. In all cases the reseeted bone healed completely and the hip joints were stable and strong. The diseased lower limbs were lengthened. The related problems about the operation were also discussed.
