摘　　要：目的探讨异丙酚靶控全麻与异氟烷吸入全麻复合局部麻醉用于小儿扁桃体手术的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年2月-2011年2月收治入院的择期行扁桃体摘除术小儿40例临床资料,随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例。两组采用相同的诱导方法和药物。观察组采用瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚靶控输注维持麻醉,对照组采用异氟烷吸入维持麻醉,所有患儿术中均辅助扁桃体局部麻醉。观察围术期两组血流动力学变化,自主呼吸恢复、气管拔管和清醒时间,苏醒后躁动和恶心呕吐的发生率,以及清醒后疼痛评分。结果观察组患者麻醉术中循环波动小,苏醒及清醒快,恶心呕吐及苏醒期躁动的发生较对照组少。结论瑞芬太尼-异丙酚靶控全麻复合局麻更适合小儿扁桃体摘除手术。[ Objective] to study the propofol target control with general anesthesia were different fluorine inhaled anesthesia composite local anesthesia is used to the effect of the tonsils surgery in children. [ Methods] retrospective analysis in February 2008 - February 2011 of the hospital were marked tonsils children do 40 cases clinical data were randomly divided into observation group of 20 cases and 20 patients in the control group. Two groups use the same induction method and drugs. The observation group using red fentanyl - c poisson phenolic target control infusion maintain anesthesia, control group was used by different silanes fluorine inhaled maintain anesthesia, and all of them are auxiliary intraoperative tonsils local anesthesia. Observe perioperative two groups of hemodynamic changes, spontane- ous breathing recovery, tracheal drawing tube and a clear time, awoke restless and the incidence of nausea and vomiting, and awoke to pain score. [ Results] the observation group patients in MaZuiShu cycle fluctuation small, round and awake fast, nausea and vomiting and awakening period is less restless the happen in the control group. [ Conclusion] red fentanyl -propofol target control of general bureau more suitable for composite linen pediatric tonsil excise operation
