摘　　要：目的研究CD44v6和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与食管鳞状细胞癌浸润转移的关系。方法选取91例食管鳞状细胞癌组织和10例正常食管组织石蜡标本,应用免疫组化方法检测CD44v6和E-cadherin的表达。结果 (1)CD44v6在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率高于正常食管组织(P<0.05);E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率低于正常食管组织(P<0.05)。(2)CD44v6的高表达和E-cad-herin的低表达与食管鳞状细胞癌的浸润程度,淋巴结转移和临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);而与肿瘤的分化程度和肿瘤的长度无明显相关性。(3)CD44v6和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.545,P<0.01)。结论 CD44v6和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达与浸润程度,淋巴转移和临床分期密切相关。[ Objective] To investigate the expressions of CD44v6 and E -cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. [ Methods] The expressions of CD44v6 and E - cadherin were observed using immunohistochemical methods in 91 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues. [ Results] （ 1 ） The positive expression rate of CD44v6 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal esophageal tissues（ P 〈 0.05） ; the positive expression rate of E - cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in normal esophageal carcinoma （P 〈 0.05 ）. （2）Over expressions of CD44v6 and less expressions of E -cadherin were positively related with invasion degree, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （ 3 ） The expressions of CD44v6 was negatively related to that of E -cadherin （r = -0. 545, P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] CD44v6 and E -cadherin may play a crucial role in the invasion degree, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
