摘 要:对6株具有不同致病性的鸡大肠埃希氏菌分离株体外菌毛的表达、对13种不同红细胞血凝谱及血凝方式、对鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)及在体内外对1日龄鸡气管组织的粘附特性进行了研究,结果表明,具有致病性的菌株,在体外适宜的条件下,能表达菌毛,非致病性菌株不表达。不同菌株的血凝谱及血凝方式具有差异,除中等致病性菌株MG30e对大鼠红细胞(RBC)的凝集不能被D-甘露糖抑制,表现为抗甘露糖型血凝(MRHA)外,其余菌株对各种红细胞的凝集均能被D-甘露糖抑制(MSHA)。所有菌株在体外均能与CEF粘附,除MG38e对CEF具有侵袭性、Q50e对CEF的粘附方式为局限性粘附(LA)外,其余菌株对CEF无侵袭性,粘附方式为弥散性粘附(DA)。具有致病性的菌株气管接种6h后,或在体外与气管环37℃共同培养3h后,均能牢固地粘附于鸡气管粘膜上;而非致病性菌株在相同条件下,却不能牢固地粘附于鸡气管粘膜上。Six avina E coli isolates having different pathogenicity for 1d chicks were studied with respect to their fimbria expression hemagglutination(HA) scope and HA model to 13 RBC, adhe rence to CEF in vitro and 1d chick tracheal mucosa in vitro and vivo with optics and electron microscope The result demonstrated that fimbriae were only expressed by those isolates which had pathogenicity for one-day-old chickens through respiratory infection All strains exhibited mannose-sensitive-hemagglutination(MSHA),except for MG30e to RAt RBC(MRHA) the scope and model of HA were different Adherence to CEF were not related to their pathogenicity,all strains could adhere to CEF,and had no invasion to CEF except for MG38e,as well as exhibited diffussion adherence(DA) except for Q50e[exhibited local adherence(LA) to CEF cells] Adhere to tracheal mucosa in vitro and vivo were related to their pathogenicity through respiratory infection,the pathogenic strains could adhere to tracheal mucosa firmly 6 hours,after intratracheal injection and 3 hours after culture in vitro,but in the same condition,no adherence were observed for the nonpathogenic in vitro and in vivo
