高校博士培养质量提升的策略研究——基于某重点理工大学的调查与分析

摘　　要：目前国内高校博士质量主要存在四个方面问题;影响博士质量的相关因素包括导师与学生、课程设置、质量监督等诸多方面;严格博士授权单位、授权学科的审核,改革招生体制,加强博士培养过程管理,培养具有国际视野的导师队伍,加大经费投入、改善培养条件是提高博士质量的可行对策。Doctoral programs in Chinese universities are mostly faced with four main quality problems,namely,the quality of advisors,students,curriculum,and supervision.In order to raise the quality of doctoral programs,a number of strategies should be taken： making strict assessment and accreditation of doctoral programs,optimizing the enrollment system,strengthening the management of doctoral training,developing teams of doctoral supervisors with an international vision,and increasing funding to improve the working conditions for doctoral training.
