摘  要:为观察孕期和哺乳期铁缺乏对新生豚鼠听功能及耳蜗毛细胞形态结构的影响,将18只怀孕豚鼠按体质量随机分为3组,每组6只,分别是重度铁缺乏组、中度铁缺乏组和对照组;在仔鼠出生后第9天断乳,乙醚麻醉,畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)检测听力状况;分离耳蜗,行全基底膜铺片,用TRITC标记的鬼笔环肽染色,观察耳蜗毛细胞。结果表明,孕期和哺乳期铁缺乏致子代豚鼠DPOAE幅值降低和耳蜗毛细胞缺失明显(P<0.05)。提示孕期和哺乳期铁缺乏可能损伤子代豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞发育并造成听力障碍。To observe the effect of iron deficiency during pregnancy and lactation on the development of cochlear structures and hearing loss in newborn guinea pigs, 18 pregnant guinea pigs were divided randomly into three groups (control, mild iron deficiency and severe iron deficiency). On postnatal day 9, pups were examined in the distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) task. The temporal bones were then removed and TRITC - phalloidin stained for cochlear hair cell counting and the pattern of distribution. The results showed that iron deficiency during pregnancy and lactation induced hearing loss and decreased cochlear hair ceils in newborn. It concludes developmental iron deficiency may cause hearing impairment, which is possibly related with damage of cochlear hair cells.
