摘　　要：绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)是葫芦科的草质藤本植物,作为五加科之外唯一含有与人参皂甙相似结构皂甙的植物,其皂甙成分具有保护心脑血管、抗脑缺氧、抗肿瘤及抗衰老等药理作用,并在治疗高血脂症、血管性痴呆、消化道溃疡以及治疗中风等临床应用方面取得了一定的疗效,因此引起了国内外众多学者的重视。本研究对绞股蓝皂甙的药理与临床作用进行了详细综述,可为进一步开发绞股蓝皂甙的应用范围提供科学依据。Gynostemma pentaphyllum,a herbaceous vine belongs to the family of Cucurbitaceae.The structure of gypenosides is similar to panaxosides,which has various pharmacological effects such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,anti-cerebral anoxia,antitumor and anti-aging.The gypenosides was also clinically applied in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,vascular dementia,peptic ulcer and apoplexia,the curative effects attracted the attention of researchers both home and abroad.This article reviewed the research progress of pharmacological effects and clinical applications of gypenosides,so as to provide experimental basis to a broader application in the future.
