摘 要:利用数学模型研究蛋鸡生长曲线,探讨蛋鸡生长发育的规律性。选取商品代罗曼褐蛋鸡和商品代海兰褐蛋鸡各29 000只体质量的累积生长数据,对其生长曲线做拟合与分析,选出最优模型以描述罗曼褐与海兰褐蛋鸡的生长发育规律。采用Logistic、Gompertz及von Bertalanffy 3种非线性回归模型分别拟合其体质量累积生长曲线。结果表明,两个品种均以Gompertz模型的拟合效果最好,其拟合度(R2)达到0.996以上,残差平方和(E)最小,尤其对初始体质量的估计最好。在两个品种蛋鸡中,海兰褐蛋鸡的生长发育水平快于罗曼褐蛋鸡的生长发育水平,其Gompertz生长曲线方程为Y=1 785.94e-3.631exp(-0.166t),拐点周龄为7.77周,拐点体质量为657 g。罗曼褐蛋鸡的Gompertz生长曲线方程为Y=1 952.81e-3.992exp(-0.165t),拐点周龄为8.39周,拐点体质量为718 g。由Gompertz描述的该曲线方程与拐点也代表两个品种蛋鸡生长发育的平均水平。选出的最优模型可用来分析罗曼褐与海兰褐蛋鸡的生长发育规律,指导蛋鸡生产实践。The growth curves were used to study the growth and development of layers.three nonlinear regression models(Logistic,Gompertz and,and von Bertalanffy) were applied to fit the cumulative body mass data of the installments of Lohmann brown layers and the installment of Hyline brown layers.An integrated study shows that the Gompertz model is the best.Its fitness degrees(R2) are all above 0.996,its E value is the lowest,and the model has the best estimation for the hatching mass.Hyline brown layer grows faster,and its Gompertz growth function is Y=1 785.94e-3.631exp(-0.166t),the inflection week and the inflection mass described by the Gompertz model is 7.77 week and 657 g.Lohmann brown layer's Gompertz growth function is Y=1 952.81e-3.992exp(-0.165t);the inflection week and the inflection mass described by the Gompertz model is 8.39 week and 718 g.In conclusion,the Gompertz function is the best mathematical model to describe growth and development for two layers breeds and it can instruct the productive practice of layers.
