摘 要:探索利用不同器皿及饲养密度在室内饲养梨小食心虫,寻找最适的饲养容器和饲养密度组合,为室内大量饲养梨小食心虫提供参考。选用不同饲养容器(1 cm×10 cm试管,2 cm×15 cm试管和d=10 cm、h=5 cm圆盒)、不同大小的饲料(长方体:0.7 cm×0.7 cm×2 cm,1.4 cm×1.4 cm×3 cm,7 cm×7 cm×2 cm;圆柱体:r=0.5 cm、h=3 cm,r=1 cm、h=1 cm,r=5 cm、h=1 cm)以及不同幼虫密度(1、5、20头/盒)饲养梨小食心虫,根据所选容器的容积不同,配以不同大小的饲料块和幼虫密度,同时测定存活率、幼虫质量、蛹质量、成虫寿命、生殖力等指标,研究不同饲养容器、人工饲料体积和幼虫密度对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。与实验室常用的1 cm×10 cm试管和2 cm×15 cm试管相比,圆盒中饲养的试虫其存活率、幼虫质量、蛹质量和成虫生殖力均极显著提高(P<0.01),操作也更简单方便。因此,d=10 cm、h=5 cm圆盒可以作为实验室人工大量饲养的饲养器具。We explored the use of different containers and densities to rearing Grapholita molesta(Busck) in laboratory,in order to find the optimal combination of rearing containers and densities,at the same time provide references for mass rearing of oriental fruit moth.Chose tubes(1 cm × 10 cm,2 cm × 15 cm) and circular rearing containers(d=10 cm,h=5 cm),different diet sizes(cuboid:0.7 cm × 0.7 cm × 2 cm,1.4 cm × 1.4 cm × 3 cm,7 cm × 7 cm × 2 cm.Cylinder: r=0.5 cm,h=3 cm;r=1 cm,h=1 cm;r=5 cm,h=1 cm),and different larvae densities 1,5,20 head/box.Depending on the capacity of different selected containers,with different diet sizes and larvae densities.Effects of different rearing containers,diet sizes and larvae densities on the development and reproduction of oriental fruit moth were evaluated by survival rate,larval weight and pupal weight,longevity and fecundity of adults and so on.Compared with tubes(2 cm×15 cm),the survival rate,larval weight,pupal weight and fecundity of the test insects in circular rearing containers were significantly increased(P0.01),and had better results than commonly used tubes(1 cm×10 cm) in laboratory,and operation was easier and convenient.In conclusion,the circular rearing containers could be used as an artificial rearing apparatus of mass rearing in laboratory due to its good rearing effects,convenience and time-saving.
