摘　　要：Vilsmeier试剂是有机化学中很重要的一类试剂,用途很广。本文综述了Vilsmeier试剂近年来在有机合成中的应用。Vilsmeier reagents generated from amides and acyl halides have been found to be versatile in the organic synthesis because they have both electrophilicity and nucleophilicity. Some types of reactions under Vilsmeier conditions in recent years are reviewed in this paper. The paper focuse on the, acylation, chlorination, chloroformylation,aromatiza-tion, annulation and dehydration and so on.
