摘　　要：在工业化发展过程中,安徽GDP增速不快,产业结构的构成比例变化不明显,就业结构中农业劳动力比重较高。工业化发展对安徽人才的数量和层次都提出了新的要求。因此安徽省必须转变人才开发观念、健全人才培养体制、完善人才吸纳机制、创新人才配置方式。During industrialization in Anhui Province,GDP increase still remains low speed,composing ratio of industrial structure is changing unremarkably and agricultural working force dominates in the employment structure.The development of Anhui industrialization poses new requirements for both quantities and qualities of talents.So weshould change the talent development concept,improve the talent training system,perfecting the talent absorbing system and reforming the talent allocation.
