摘　　要：随着我国医学高等教育事业的快速发展,医学院校毕业生的数量急剧增长,他们面临着激烈的就业竞争与挑战。针对医学生就业的现状分析就业中存在的问题及产生的原因有助于相应对策的制定和实施。With rapid development of China＇s higher medical education,the number of its graduates is radically increasing.They have to face the fierce job competition and challenges.Analysis on the problems that exist in employment and their causes against the employment status quo of medical students helps to formulate and carry out the corresponding countermeasures.
